Potato Cheese Bake
Potato Cheese Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, 1 pt. sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 1/2 c. grated monterey jack cheese and 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 350Β°.
Combine sour cream, soup, cheeses and onion into large bowl.
Stir until mixed.
Break apart any large clumps of hash browns while in package, then combine and stir into other ingredients.
Spray 9 x 13-inch glass pan with a nonstick oil pan coating.
Pour into pan and add diced margarine on top. Bake for 1 hour.
