Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 cans sliced potatoes, drained, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 onion, chopped fine, 1 stick oleo, melted and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease 2-quart casserole.
Combine all ingredients except potatoes.
Mix well.
Add drained potatoes. Turn into prepared casserole.
Sprinkle corn flakes over top. Drizzle melted oleo over all.
Bake for 1 hour.
Excellent side dish.
