Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine potatoes and 1/2 cup of the melted oleo in large bowl. Add onion, sour cream, soup and cheese.
Mix well.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Mix the remaining 1/2 cup melted oleo with corn flakes.
Sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
