Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 medium potatoes, 2 c. grated sharp cheese, 1/4 c. melted butter, 1 c. sour cream and 1/3 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil and cube potatoes (with or without jackets).
Mix the sour cream, onion, salt, pepper and parsley flakes.
Add butter and cheese.
Turn into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch buttered or Pam sprayed baking dish.
Sprinkle with paprika; dot with butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
