Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 12 minutes. Made with (2 lb.) bag frozen shredded potatoes, butter or oleo, (8 oz.) container sour cream, cream of chicken soup and cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Thaw potatoes in a large, oblong Pyrex dish.
Mix all ingredients, except Ritz crackers, and pour over potatoes.
Stir lightly.
Melt 1 stick oleo or butter and mix with Ritz crackers. Place this on top of potato mixture.
I also add some extra cheese to the top.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for about 45 minutes.
This will serve about 12 people.
