Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 oz. pkg. simply potatoes hash brown shreds, 6 oz. cooked ham, cubed, 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 350Β°.
Combine all ingredients except potatoes and ham, reserving 1/2 cup cheese for topping.
Heat well on stove.
Fold potatoes and ham into spinach mixture.
Place in greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
