Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 pt. sour cream, 1 c. corn flake crumbs and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook potatoes until tender (about 25 minutes).
Cool, peel and grate.
In a large pan, heat 1/4 cup butter with soup.
Blend in cheese and sour cream.
Stir in potatoes.
Place in 2 1/2-quart buttered casserole.
Mix crumbs and 3 tablespoons melted butter.
Place on top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
