Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hash browns (loose), 3/4 c. melted butter, 1 c. chopped onion, 16 oz. sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine thawed hash browns and 1/2 cup melted butter in large bowl.
Add onion, sour cream, chicken soup and cheese.
Mix thoroughly and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
In a small bowl, pour 1/4 cup melted butter over the corn flakes.
Sprinkle corn flake mixture over the potato mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350Β°.
