Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns (regular not prebrowned), thawed, 1/4 c. melted butter, 1 pt. sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 2 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine butter, salt, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Stir well, then mix with thawed potatoes.
Pour into 3-quart casserole.
Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes or until bubbly and brown on top.
Can be made in advance.
