Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Grease 9x13 inch dish.
Thaw hash browns, enough to separate and spread in dish.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Saute butter and onions in pan; remove from heat.
Add soup, cheese and sour cream. Pour on potatoes.
Cover and bake 30 minutes at 375Β°.
Uncover and bake additional 30 minutes.
