Potato Casserole

Mix 1 stick margarine, potatoes, sour cream, undiluted chicken soup, onion, cheese, salt and pepper.
Divide into 2 greased 9-inch pans.
Cover each with topping of crushed corn flakes and other stick of melted margarine.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
You may freeze one for later use if desired.
