Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 oz. hash brown potatoes, fried, 1 small onion, diced, 1/2 stick oleo, 1 can cream mushroom, diluted and 1 small carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt oleo in pan.
Add onions and cook until lightly brown. Add potatoes and stir.
Heat thoroughly.
Empty this in greased casserole dish.
Mix with soup and sour cream, salt and pepper. Add to potatoes.
Cover top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Add onion rings and bake 10 minutes more with lid.
