Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, 3/4 c. melted oleo, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Defrost potatoes.
Combine in bowl with 1/2 cup oleo.
Season with salt, pepper, onion, cheese, sour cream and soup.
Place in 3-quart casserole (or two 1 1/2-quart).
Mix remaining oleo with corn flakes.
Sprinkle over top.
Bake for 45 minutes at 375Β°.
