Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash browns, 1 small onion, chopped, salt and pepper to taste, 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan (sprayed with Pam) with slightly thawed hash browns; sprinkle onions, salt and pepper over potatoes.
Pour 1/2 of the butter over the potatoes; heat the soups, cheese and sour cream and pour over potatoes.
Mix the remaining butter with corn flakes and sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
