Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 c. sour cream and 1/3 c. green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Boil potatoes (partially cook, not too soft).
Cool and grate. Melt butter in chicken soup; cool.
Blend in sour cream and green onions.
Add to potatoes; season.
