Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. cubed potatoes, 1/4 lb. margarine, melted, 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. chopped onions and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil potatoes
5 minutes and drain.
Mix most of margarine potatoes.
Mix with sour cream, onions, cream of chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.
Place in large casserole dish.
Mix remainder of margarine with corn flakes which crushed.
Potato mixture. Cook in 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
