Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) bag country style frozen hash browns, 2 c. sour cream, 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all ingredients, except 1/2 of butter and 2 cups corn flakes in mixing bowl.
Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Put crushed corn flakes on top and drizzle remaining butter on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
