Potato Casserole

Made with 6 c. diced and cooked potatoes, salt to taste, 1 can cream of onion soup plus 1/2 can water, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix this mixture and put into the potatoes.
