Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1/4 c. melted margarine and 1/4 c. chives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook potatoes until tender in boiling water.
Drain and mash. Beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth.
Add potatoes and remaining ingredients, except paprika.
Spoon mixture into a 2-quart casserole that you have sprayed with Pam.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
Uncover and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes, until thoroughly heated.
