Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 medium potatoes, 1 small onion, 1 small box velveeta cheese, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 jar hormel bacon bits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil potatoes 15 minutes and drain.
Cool and cube.
Chop onion.
Cut up Velveeta cheese.
Mix with mayonnaise and cubed potatoes.
Spray baking dish with Pam.
Spread mixture into baking dish.

Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
