Made with 2 lb. bag frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed, 1/2 c. melted margarine, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients and pour into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Top with 2 cups crushed cornflakes mixed with 1/4 cup melted margarine and sprinkle with paprika (optional).
