Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 potatoes, 1/2 c. milk, ritz cracker crumbs, 1 carton sour cream and 2/3 c. minced onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Parboil potatoes in salt water until tender.
Mix sour cream, milk and onions.
Place 1/4 of potatoes, sliced, in casserole and cover with cracker crumbs.
Pour 1/2 of sour cream mixture over potatoes.
Cover with cheese.
Repeat with other halves of mixture in same order.
Bake in 350Β° oven until hot.
