Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, 1/2 c. melted oleo, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 2 tbsp. dried minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix potatoes, 1/2 cup oleo (melted), salt, pepper, minced onion, chicken soup, sour cream and cheese together.
Spoon into a 2-quart casserole.
In skillet, melt 1/4 cup oleo.
Stir in corn flakes.
Spread on top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. Enjoy!
