Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large potatoes, 1 c. sharp shredded cheddar cheese, 1 pt. sour cream, 1/2 c. half and half and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil the potatoes until tender.
Refrigerate them until cold; peel and grate.
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Place mixture in a lightly buttered casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
