Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 medium irish potatoes, 1 large onion, 1/4 stick margarine, 1 can golden mushroom soup and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Butter a casserole dish.
Slice potatoes and onion thin.
Mix soups and water.
Spread a thin layer of soup mixture in bottom of casserole dish, then a layer of potatoes and onion.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Layer again as preceding. Place in a 325Β° oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Spread with cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
