Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, 1/4 c. chopped onions, 1 pt. sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Spread potatoes on bottom of greased pan.
Next sprinkle onions.
Mix rest of ingredients and place on top of potatoes. Shortly before baking, make topping of 2 cups crushed cornflakes. Sprinkle on top and drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter.
Cook at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes in an 11 x 13-inch greased pan.
Better if prepared ahead of time.
