Potato Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. mashed potatoes, 1 stick margarine, 2 lb. powdered sugar and peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix first three ingredients well.
Roll out flat and spread with a thin layer of peanut butter.
Roll up and chill in refrigerator.
Slice into pieces.
Potatoes should be cooked as usual, but no salt added.
