Potato Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. mashed potatoes, sieved, 3 c. sifted powdered sugar, 8 oz. shredded coconut, 1/4 tsp. salt and semi-sweet chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Blend potatoes with powdered sugar.
Mix in coconut and salt. Shape
Balls and dip into semi-sweet chocolate.
Chill on waxed paper.
