Potato Cake
Potato Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 2/3 c. milk and 1 c. hot mashed potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine all dry ingredients and set aside.
Cream together margarine, sugar and eggs.
Add milk and potatoes.
Add dry ingredients a little at a time.
Add vanilla and chopped pecans. Bake in greased Bundt pan at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
