Potato Bread
Potato Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1/2 c. warm water, 1 1/2 c. potato water, 2 c. scalded milk and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Soften yeast in warm water.
Add the potato water and cooled milk.
Next, add the salt, 1/2 cup sugar and 4 cups flour.
Mix well and add shortening and 8 more cups flour.
Mix until smooth. Place dough in large, greased bowl.
Cover and let rise to double.
