Potato Bacon Chowder
Potato Bacon Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bacon, 1 c. onion, chopped, 2 c. cubed potatoes (2 medium), 1 c. water and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook bacon until crisp.
Saute onion in butter.
Put all ingredients in a pan, except sour cream.
Add crumbled bacon and cook until done.
Do not drain potatoes.
