Pot Roast
Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. bottom round roast, oil, salt and pepper to taste, 1 (8 oz.) can hunt's tomato sauce and 1 can carrots (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place round roast in a little bit of oil in a large pot. Brown on all sides of the roast, adding salt and pepper to taste while browning.
Add tomato sauce and cover.
Cook on low for 5 to 8 hours.
A can of carrots and jar of onions can be added during the last hour or two.
Make gravy with the liquid, as desired.
