Pot Roast
Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. roast, 4 or 6 medium potatoes, 2 medium onions, 6 or 8 carrots and 2 stalks celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place roast in large roasting pan.
Clean and quarter potatoes, onions, carrots and celery.
Place around roast. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.
Add bay leaf.
Mix bouillon cubes in two cups of water.
Pour over meat and vegetables.
Cover and bake at 300Β° for 2 hours.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
Serves 6.
