Pot Roast
Pot Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. chuck roast, 1 lb. carrots, peeled, 2 lb. potatoes, peeled, 1 to 2 onions, peeled and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Wash roast off and pat dry.
Cut slits in roast on both sides. Pat cider vinegar on both sides of roast to tenderize.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Brown roast on both sides in roasting pan sprayed with Pam.
Add water to cover roast.
