Pot Roast
Pot Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. chuck roast, 2 onions, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup mix and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Brown meat thoroughly on all sides, then remove from pot.
Add onions to pot; add garlic and saute.
Put meat back in pot.
Add package of onion mix to 2 cups water; pour over meat.
Cover tightly and cook 2 hours, adding more water if needed.
Simmer for the 2 hours.
