Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 2 1/2 lb. boneless roast, 1 onion, chopped, 1 c. coffee, brewed, or 1 heaping tsp. instant, 1/3 c. worcestershire sauce and potatoes and carrots, cut in large chunks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place roast in large, heavy pan and cover with water.

Then add chopped onion, coffee and Worcestershire sauce.

Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat.

Check regularly and add water as needed.

Cook until fork-tender.

Add potatoes, carrots and more onion, if desired.

Add salt and pepper and noodles.

Cook until veggies are tender.

Coffee is a good tenderizer so a chuck roast can be used.
