Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. pot roast, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 3 whole cloves and 1 sliced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
👨🍳 Instructions
Brown the roast and put into a large cooking pot with lid. Add nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, onion, wine and bouillon.
Cook 1 hour at 350°, then add carrots and potatoes.
Cook 5 hours at 250°.
