Pot of Pasta
Pot Of Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) shell macaroni (small are best), 1 (6 oz.) sour cream, 2 lb. hamburger or ground pork, 1 large onion and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook macaroni according to directions.
Drain.
Mix in sour cream while macaroni is warm.
While macaroni is cooking, brown the hamburger and onion.
Drain.
Add salt, pepper, oregano, Ragu and tomato sauce.
In one large casserole (or 2 medium), layer macaroni and sour cream, meat and sauce and Mozzarella cheese alternately until gone.
(I usually do it twice in 2 medium casseroles or 3 times in a large bowl.)
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes (covered, except last 10 minutes).
