Portuguese Potatoes

Cube potatoes with jackets on.
Cook potatoes, onion and salt in boiling water until done, but not too soft.
Drain.
Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle garlic salt, parsley flakes and pimentos on top.
Cube cheese and put on top. Cube bread and put on top.
Drizzle margarine over all and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
