Portuguese Bread
Portuguese Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. bisquick, 3 c. flour, 1 pkg. yeast, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix together Bisquick, flour and yeast.
Mix until you can lift your hand without any dough sticking to your fingers.
Place a pinch of dough in a glass of water.
After it rises to the top of glass, knead dough a little.
Take a little dough at a time and shape into little loaves of bread.
Place a pinch of dough into glass again.
When it rises, put bread in oven.
Bake at 350Β° until lightly brown.
