Porterhouse Cookies
Porterhouse Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. sugar and 3/4 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Sift three times together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
Cream sugar, brown sugar, butter and peanut butter.
Add vanilla and eggs and mix well.
Add sour cream.
Gradually add flour mixture.
Mix in chips and nuts.
Using teaspoon, spoon on cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes until light brown.
Transfer from sheet to paper towels once out of oven to cool.
