Port Wine Gelatin Salad
Port Wine Gelatin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. raspberry jello, 1 1/4 c. boiling water, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, undrained, 1 (no. 2) can whole cranberry sauce and 1 c. chopped walnuts or nut of choice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Dissolve jello in water, add pineapple and cranberry sauce. Stir; add nuts and wine.
Let set in mold.
Soften cream cheese and mix with sour cream.
Beat until smooth then spread on top of set gelatin mold.
When ready to serve, remove from mold and garnish with lettuce.
