Pork with Sauerkraut

Combine butter with sugar in a large saucepan.
Cook slowly over low heat, stir constantly, until sugar is melted.
Add onion and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.

Add pork to sauerkraut and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
