Place washed ribs baking pan.
Sprinkle all over with poultry seasoning, pepper and garlic salt. Add 1/2 cup water to pan and cover with tinfoil.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
They will be very tender.
Heat barbecue grill until very hot.
Place slab of ribs on grill and brown about 6 to 7 minutes on
Baste browned ribs with barbecue sauce and brown 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Place on cutting board and cut through to make nice single rib portions.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
