Pork Roast Barbecue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 to 5 lb.) pork loin, 1 1/2 c. water, 1 c. vinegar, 1/2 c. catsup and 1/2 c. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place roast fat side up in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Insert meat thermometer (not touching bone or fat).
Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour over roast.
Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until thermometer reaches 170°, basting frequently with pan drippings.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with remaining sauce.
