Pork Lo Mein
Pork Lo Mein is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. chinese noodles, 1 lb. pork, cut into strips, 8 green onions (scallions), 1 clove garlic, chopped and 3 tbsp. oyster sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat wok and add oil.
Cook noodles until tender and set aside.
Stir-fry garlic and onions for 1 minute, then remove.
Add more oil if necessary.
Add 1/2 the pork for 2 to 3 minutes, remove from pan then do rest of pork.
Then add all the ingredients together, then add noodles!!!!
Sit and enjoy!!!!!
