Pork Chops, Applesauce And Sauerkraut is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut, drained, 1 (16 oz.) jar applesauce, 3/4 c. chopped onion, 8 large or 16 small pork chops and 1 (3 oz.) packet pork seasoned coating mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with a nonstick vegetable coating.
Combine sauerkraut, applesauce and onion; spread evenly over bottom of baking pan.
Dip each chop in milk, then coat with seasoned mix.
Layer on top of sauerkraut mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 425Β° until chops are browned and cooked through, about 1 hour.
