Pork Chops and Rice
Pork Chops And Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 4 pork chops, 1 c. brown rice, 1 can condensed consomme soup and 2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Spray Pam in an ovenproof frying pan.
Heat pan until it is medium-hot.
Brown pork chops on both sides and remove from pan. Melt margarine in pan.
Brown rice over medium-low heat, stirring to prevent burning.
When brown, take off heat.
Return pork chops. Add soup and 1/2 can of water.
Cover with lid and bake at 350Β° in oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
When rice has absorbed the soup, it is done.
