Pork Chops and Rice
Pork Chops And Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans campbell's onion soup, 1 stick butter, 4 or 5 pork chops and 2 c. minute rice (raw), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat soup and butter until all melted. Do not dilute.
Heat this in a 10-inch skillet.
Then pour in 2 cups of rice. Mix well. Place 4 or 5 pork chops on top of rice mixture.
Cut off extra fat from the pork chops.
Spoon a little of the juice over chops. Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour, uncovered, or until pork chops are nice and brown on top.
