Pork Chop Teriyaki is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. chili sauce, 3/4 c. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. packed brown sugar and 1 clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine first 5 ingredients.
Place pork chops in 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
Cover.
Marinate 3 to 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning chops occasionally.
Broil in oven or on grill about 15 to 20 minutes on each side or until done, brushing occasionally with remaining marinade.
